3) Stack assets and build real wealth
Your 20s and early 30s are for building. Businesses, stocks, real estate, anything that compounds so your future self is chilling.

If you’re not tracking, it’s easy to accidentally drift into a surplus and wake up 20 pounds heavier. Track your intake, use wearables as a guide, and make the deficit or surplus math work for you.
