Summer is 40 days away. Time to stop being fat.
In this masterclass I break down 3 different fat loss protocols you can run starting today to get ripped and shredded without losing the muscle you worked so hard to build. I've been a personal trainer for 27 years and keto for 11 years straight, so this isn't theory.
This is what actually works.
You pick the level based on how fast you want results and how much pain you can handle.
Level 1 (Easy): Lazy keto. Eat meat and green leafy vegetables until you're full. No tracking. 10k to 20k steps a day. Full body lifting 3 to 4 times a week. Compound movements only. Most people lose weight fast on this without thinking.
Level 2 (Moderate): Track everything. Bodyweight times 10 for calories. 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. Use a fitness tracker (I use the Oura ring) and aim to burn 3,000 to 4,000 calories a day. Same full body lifting protocol. More precise, more results.
Level 3 (Brutal): The Protein Sparing Modified Fast. Originally developed by doctors for obese patients who needed to drop weight fast before surgery. Lean body mass times 1.5 for your protein target. Carbs and fats as close to zero as possible. 20k to 40k steps a day. Only run this for 2 weeks max. This is the fastest way to get shredded. Period.
The Keto Illegal Stack (supplement protocol for all 3 levels):
200 to 300mg caffeine, 2 to 3 times a day
Ephedra (Bronkaid from the pharmacy), 2 to 3 times a day
Ketone esters, 2 to 3 times a day
Hunger gets crushed. Energy stays high. Fat burns faster.
